VIRTUAL MOBILITY
Wednesday, 10th of June: Introduction To The Programme + “Stress Less, Work Better” Workshop

The virtual component of the programme takes place before the physical mobility and serves as a preparatory and community-building phase. It begins with an online welcome session introducing participants to the BIP structure, planned activities, and intercultural environment through icebreakers, team formation, and interactive networking activities. Students then participate in online workshops focusing on stress awareness, healthy routines, time management, digital wellbeing, and AI-supported productivity tools. These sessions combine theoretical input with practical exercises such as mindfulness activities, breathing techniques, reflection exercises, and collaborative discussions. In addition, students complete an individual preparation task that includes a personal strengths reflection, goal setting, and the development of a mini team concept related to innovation and entrepreneurship. The virtual component ensures that participants arrive prepared, connected, and actively engaged before the start of the physical mobility week.
