The virtual component of the programme takes place before the physical mobility and serves as a preparatory and community-building phase. It begins with an online welcome session introducing participants to the BIP structure, planned activities, and intercultural environment through icebreakers, team formation, and interactive networking activities. Students then participate in online workshops focusing on stress awareness, healthy routines, time management, digital wellbeing, and AI-supported productivity tools. These sessions combine theoretical input with practical exercises such as mindfulness activities, breathing techniques, reflection exercises, and collaborative discussions. In addition, students complete an individual preparation task that includes a personal strengths reflection, goal setting, and the development of a mini team concept related to innovation and entrepreneurship. The virtual component ensures that participants arrive prepared, connected, and actively engaged before the start of the physical mobility week.

Monday, 15th of June: “Working in International Teams” Workshop + Istanbul Panoramic Tour

In today’s interconnected world, professionals and entrepreneurs frequently collaborate with colleagues, partners, and clients from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. This interactive workshop is designed to equip participants with the essential skills needed to thrive in international and multicultural team environments.

Through engaging discussions, practical exercises, simulations, and team challenges, participants will explore cultural intelligence, effective communication across cultures, collaboration strategies, leadership in diverse teams, and approaches to managing misunderstandings and conflicts. The workshop will also highlight the importance of inclusivity, adaptability, active listening, and mutual respect when working with people from different countries and perspectives.

By the end of the session, participants will have gained valuable insights into intercultural teamwork, strengthened their communication and collaboration skills, and developed strategies for building trust and achieving shared goals in global professional and entrepreneurial settings.

In the afternoon, we will have an “Istanbul Panoramic Tour” where we will visit the historical sites and the must-see landmarks in the city.

In a rapidly evolving digital landscape, strong branding is essential for transforming innovative ideas into recognizable and trusted products, services, and ventures. This workshop explores how entrepreneurs, startups, and organizations can build compelling brands that stand out in competitive markets while adapting to technological change and shifting consumer expectations.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of brand identity, storytelling, value proposition development, and audience engagement, while examining how innovation, digital transformation, social media, and emerging technologies are reshaping modern branding practices. Through interactive activities and real-world case studies, participants will develop strategies for creating authentic brands that communicate purpose, inspire trust, and foster long-term customer loyalty.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have gained practical tools to define their brand, communicate their unique value, and leverage innovative approaches to strengthen their presence in today’s global and digital marketplace.

In the afternoon, a hands-on workshop introduces participants to everyday Turkish culture through one of its most iconic street foods — Lahmacun. Learning how it is prepared, shaped, and baked, while discovering its cultural significance in Turkish daily life. The second part of the workshop transitions into a fast-paced Turkish language crash course designed for real-life survival communication. By combining culinary tradition with practical language skills, this workshop offers a unique cultural immersion experience.

This workshop explores how artificial intelligence can support the creative and entrepreneurial journey from the earliest idea to a market-ready concept, with a special focus on whiteboard storytelling and visual narrative building. Participants will learn how to transform abstract ideas into structured stories by designing characters, defining their movements and interactions, and building engaging storylines using AI-assisted whiteboarding techniques.

The session also introduces prompt engineering for creative development, helping participants generate characters, scenes, dialogue, and narratives efficiently. In addition, participants will explore how AI can support content writing and marketing, including crafting compelling messages, developing brand narratives, and designing basic go-to-market strategies.

Through hands-on exercises and collaborative storytelling activities, participants will experience how AI tools can act as a creative co-founder—supporting ideation, visualization, and communication. By the end of the workshop, they will have created a structured story concept and learned how to translate it into engaging content and a basic marketing direction for real-world application.

Thursday, 18th of June: “Negotiation Techniques For Entrepreneurs” Workshop + Negotiation Game Challenge

This interactive workshop equips participants with essential negotiation skills needed to succeed in entrepreneurial and business environments. It introduces core principles of effective negotiation, including preparation strategies, value creation, communication techniques, persuasion methods, and understanding the interests of different stakeholders.

Participants will explore real-world entrepreneurial scenarios where negotiation plays a critical role, such as partnerships, pricing, resource allocation, and conflict resolution. Through practical exercises and guided discussions, they will learn how to build confidence, manage objections, and reach mutually beneficial agreements.

The session concludes with a dynamic Negotiation Game Challenge, where participants apply the techniques learned in a simulated, competitive environment. Working in teams, they will negotiate under time pressure, adapt their strategies, and experience the realities of decision-making in fast-paced business situations. This combination of theory and practice ensures a highly engaging and experiential learning process.

Friday, 19th of June: Final Showcase of Team Projects & Closing Ceremony + Çamlıca Tower Tour (Optional Activity)

This final session marks the culmination of the programme, where participants present the outcomes of their teamwork, creativity, and innovation developed throughout the week. Teams will showcase their projects, highlighting their ideas, processes, and solutions while demonstrating the skills and knowledge gained during the workshops.

The session also includes a reflection component, allowing participants to share their learning experiences, challenges, and key takeaways from working in international and interdisciplinary teams. This encourages peer feedback, knowledge exchange, and collective learning.

The programme concludes with a closing ceremony celebrating participants’ achievements, contributions, and collaboration. Certificates will be awarded, and final remarks will emphasize the importance of continued innovation, intercultural cooperation, and lifelong learning beyond the programme.
