HOW TO APPLY?

STEP#1:

Fill out the application form and upload the following documents:

  • Scanned copy of your passport (photo ID page)
  • Scanned copy of your university student ID with a validity date or an approval letter
  • Personal Photo (passport-size)

STEP#2:

Once the application is submitted, you will be notified that it has been received. Preliminary acceptance and payment instructions will be sent to you:

  • Online Payment (fast and no transfer charge) – recommended
  • Bank Transfer (please make sure to pay the transfer charge)

STEP#3:

Complete the payment as soon as possible. Once the payment is done, please send us the Payment Receipt.

STEP#4:

The Program Itinerary along with a Google Form for the activities selection will be shared. You will need to complete the form with your selection.

IMPORTANT REMARKS!!!
  • Your university might be conducting a selection process; therefore, check with your Erasmus office to see if one is underway.
  • Pay attention to the deadline dates, and be aware that to meet them, the program fees must be received by the deadline.
  • Please make sure your flight to Istanbul is booked on the 14th of June, 2026 (Sunday).
  • Please make sure your flight from Istanbul is booked on the 20th of June, 2026 (or after; it’s totally up to you).
  • Istanbul has 2 airports: Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW). Please Click Here to see the guide on how to reach the hotel from the airports.
