The program also encourages sustainable development by supporting start-ups focused on social impact and environmental responsibility, aligning with the EU’s Green Deal.

Additionally, it strengthens digital competence by integrating digital tools and technologies, preparing students for the global job market. Inclusivity is a key focus, targeting underrepresented groups to create a diverse and equitable entrepreneurial ecosystem.

HOW TO APPLY?

STEP#1:

Fill out the application form and upload the following documents:

  • Scanned copy of your passport (photo ID page)
  • Scanned copy of your university student ID with a validity date or an approval letter (from the advisor or the international office)
  • Personal Photo (passport-size)

STEP#2:

Once the application is submitted, you will be notified that your application is received. A preliminary acceptance and payment instructions will be sent to you:

  • Online Payment (fast and no transfer charge) – recommended
  • Bank Transfer (please make sure to pay the transfer charge)

STEP#3:

A one-week window will be given to complete the payment. Once the payment is done, please send us the Payment Receipt.

Once the program fee is fully received, you will be sent the following:

  • The Official Acceptance Letter

STEP#4:

The Program Itinerary along with 2 Google Forms are to be sent and filled out in a maximum duration of 2 weeks before the program starts:

  • Travel Information (arrival and departure details + a copy of the travel insurance)
  • To-Do List (selection of the optional tours)
IMPORTANT REMARKS!!!
  • Your university might be carrying out a selection process, therefore check if there is one with your international office.
  • Keep attention to the deadline date, and be aware that to it, the program fees must be received by the deadline.
  • Please make sure your booked flight to Istanbul is on the 10th of November, 2024 (Sunday Morning).
  • Shuttle bus transfers from Istanbul New Airport (IST) to Alrazi Hotel will be between 08:00 – 13:00 (Türkiye’s Time Zone), therefore book your flight accordingly.
  • Please make sure your booked flight from Istanbul is on the 15th of November, 2024 (Friday Afternoon).
  • Shuttle bus transfers from Alrazi Hotel to Istanbul New Airport (IST) will be between 08:00 – 13:00 (Türkiye’s Time Zone), therefore book your flight accordingly.
  • Shuttle bus transfers will be provided upon arrivals and departures ONLY from/to Istanbul New Airport (IST), therefore book your flights accordingly.
